Rates are calculated at checkout against the actual weight and destination, not a flat guess. Local delivery within 10 km of the city bowl and collection from the studio are free.
Anything over the crating threshold is built into a custom crate with an insurance certificate and export documentation before it leaves.
This piece leaves the studio with a hand-signed card from My Granny Made It giving the material, the date of making, the edition, and a short note on where the work came from. On export orders the card travels inside the crate and a duplicate is emailed to you the day it ships.
